I have found that staying active is a main factor to maintain my mental health and wellbeing.

Oftentimes, women tend to put everyone else before themselves and feel guilty about taking time for themselves. This shouldn’t be the case! Sleeping well and working out are key for me. If something is getting in the way of you being able to stay active, I want to help you. I feel like I can be my best self for my family when I take care of myself and I want all women to feel their best so they can stay healthy and a​​ctive.
