Dr. Lisa Harlan graduated from University of Miami with her DPT in 2009. She became a certified Pilates instructor in 2010 and has been teaching and treating patients in different settings ever since. She has experience in orthopedic and neurological conditions and specializes in Pilates based rehabilitation and women’s health across the lifespan. Lisa has a passion for movement that developed from her experience as a professional dancer for Georgia Ballet and Momentum Dance Company. She has learned that being active and taking care of her body make her feel better both physically and mentally. At Core Health, we believe in movement for healing and in the importance of maintaining mobility and strength throughout one’s life.
