This blog is a testimonial to show the benefits of Pilates and a healthy lifestyle. Rob is a busy executive who committed to adding Pilates to his routine. He has been doing Pilates with Lisa, once a week for almost 1 year.
When Rob started he had hip and back pain and wasn’t able to lay flat on the floor comfortably due to increased rounding in his thoracic spine. He had a forward head posture and tight chest and shoulder muscles.
With physical therapy and Pilates, Rob has increased the mobility in his thoracic spine, improving his upper body posture. He is able to lay flat on his back comfortably now and has improved the length of his hamstrings and can touch the floor on a good day!

Rob recently changed to a plant based diet and has lost 15 lbs while also doing cardio and strength training.
