Come learn about the risk for falls in active older women. Learn several tests to assess your fall risk and strategies and exercises to prevent falls.

Lisa is a physical therapist and Pilates instructor with 15 years of experience. She has worked with older adults for most of her career. She loves helping women feel strong and confident and decreasing their risk of falls.

 

This will be a 1-hour workshop taught by Lisa. We will be holding two workshops, one in November and one in December. Then, in January, we will host an 8-week follow-up class to continue progressing though exercises to strength our feet, hips, and core to reduce the risk for falls.
