I have been working with Lisa @ Core Health Pilates for a few months. I visited at the recommendation of my physical therapist who thought that it would be beneficial for me. I was skeptical (and anxious) at first - because I am the least flexible person in the world and dreaded being put on a machine that would 'stretch me'. Boy, was I wrong. Lisa is a great instructor and really transitioned me at a speed that was comfortable and tailored to my ability. Without a doubt, Pilates with Lisa has helped many aspects of my wellbeing. My him no longer hurts, my golf swing is better, and my posture and core strength as improved 100%. I am far from hyperflexible, but I am making real progress faster than anything else I have tried. I truly appreciate how much Lisa has helped and I look forward to even more improvements to come.
